UWA Guild Election - Student Elections

GUILD ELECTIONS

The Guild elections are conducted by the Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) and governed by the UWA Guild Election Regulations (2024), NUS Rules and Senate Standing Orders (when applicable).

In 2026, Senate Elections will NOT be held. Guild and NUS elections are running this year and include the elections of:

Office Bearers and Councillors of the Guild.
National Union of Students representatives to the NUS national conference.

Please Note:
* All enrolled students who are Guild members are eligible to run for most of the positions, with only some positions having further requirements.
* All enrolled students are entitled to vote in elections.
* Voting is NOT compulsory.
