PLEASE NOTE: Photocopied signatures, names or student numbers on the Nomination Form will NOT BE accepted. We suggest using BLUE INK to complete.

If you intend to run in the 2022 Elections, please familiarise yourself with the updated GUILD ELECTION REGULATIONS (2022).

There will be an Elections 2022 Information Session held in the Sue Boyd Room (Level 1, Guild Village) at 1:00pm on Tuesday 16th August 2022.

This session is COMPULSORY for ALL Group Agents and Independent Candidates to attend. Any other candidate that wishes to attend may do so as well.

To be accepted as a candidate in the 2022 Guild Elections, you are required to read and sign a copy of the 2022 Code of Conduct.

Materials for Candidates

All candidates should read the updated Election Handbook carefully. Information has changed from last year. Please check this page regularly as the 2022 Handbook may be updated over the course of the 2022 Elections.  

Group Agents should submit one copy of this form, along with a printed copy of the Group Statement.

Submit this Withdrawal Form if you wish to withdraw your consent to be part of a Group. 

Students should submit one copy of this Nomination Form for EACH position they wish to run for.

Submit this Withdrawal Form if you wish to withdraw your nomination for any position(s) prior to the close of nominations. 

When a Candidate is not available to nominate in person for the 2022 Guild Elections, an Agent may be appointed to nominate on their behalf.

Submit this form along with two copies of your election material (e.g. poster or flyer design). Use a separate form for each piece of material.
