If you’re a Guild Member, it’s easy:
- Download the app
- Click on the orange button
- Enter your surname and Student ID to verify your identity
- Create a password

Once you’ve downloaded the app:
In the ‘Home’ Tab
- Select your desired venue from the drop-down list at the top of the page (under the welcome message)
- Scan your barcode for the 10% member discount
- See your savings
- View the available promotions at both Guild and campus venues!
- See what events are happening on campus
In the ‘Venues’ Tab
- See all of the Guild venues and how far they are from you
- Click on them to see locations, opening hours and directions!
In the ‘Pick Up’ Tab
- Make sure you have the venue you want to order from selected on the ‘Home’ page
- Decide what you want
- Select whether you want to pick it up now or schedule the order for later
- Select your payment method and checkout!

- Learn more about the UWA Student Guild and access resources for Student Assist, Volunteering, Campus Events, and more!

What is the app for?
The app is your ultimate Guild café guide! With it, you can easily navigate between the cafés to see which is closest, order ahead of time (no more lines!) and scan the barcode in the app to get your 10% discount – no student card needed! Plus, conveniently see each café’s menu, promotions and exclusive deals AN track how much you’ve saved.
How do I become a Guild member so that I can get the app?
Make sure you tick YES to Guild membership in Student Connect. It’s free for students and comes with some very real perks! Once that’s done,* you can head over to the Guild Student Centre (GSC) to collect your Membership sticker!
*Note: this can sometimes take a few days to process in the system
Do I need to put money on the campus card for cafe purchases to access the 10% Guild discount?
No, you don't! You can pay normally at the cafes and then show the Guild Member sticker on your campus card to get the discount. Or you can download the Guild App and scan that instead!
Do I sign into the app with my student credentials?
No, when you download the app, you will need to press the ORANGE button on the first screen to first activate your account and then set a separate password for the app.
Does the app work on iPads?
Yes, the app will work on any smart device that has access to either the Apple or Google Play Stores.
