Revolution on Film in the 21st Century

Revolutions are moments in history where ordinary people shake off their chains, assert their collective humanity, and raise the possibility of a different kind of society. For these reasons, they are constantly slandered as the worst things imaginable by right-wing historians and those who want society to remain as it is.

But what do revolutions actually look like? Are they still possible today? Join Socialist Alternative UWA's public meeting, with real footage of revolutions and mass uprisings in the 21st century, to have all of your questions about revolution answered.

All footage publicly available online. This event will observe COVID level two restrictions. Mask wearing is mandatory and social distancing will be inforced. Hand santisier will be available. As this is an outdoor event, there will be a cap on patrons at 50. Once this is reached, excess patrons will be asked to join the online version.
