Inter-University Beach Challenge

Be part of a team of 70 WA university students in a once-a-year, inter-university beach challenge for National Student Volunteer Week.

As part of National Student Volunteer Week, UWA, Curtin, Notre Dame, ECU and Murdoch universities will join forces to undertake a mix of conversation activities at Leighton Beach on Saturday 13th of August. Our once pristine coastline is in need of some serious TLC! Our dunes are suffering from erosion due to vegetation loss and climate change, our sea creatures are ingesting more plastic than ever before and invasive weeds are threatening delicate ecosystems. We need you to become part of the solution and volunteer your time this National Student Volunteer week.
