Diversity in the Workplace

ECOMS along with collaboration partners PRIDE, ACCESS, WELFARE, WASAAC and ENVIRO team up to present, "Diversity in the Workplace."

This event is open to students with all backgrounds to learn about the importance of a work environment that embraces diversity and cultural differences. 

Cultural diversity can strive to form and maintain meaningful and productive relationships, leading to a work environment that is inclusive, supportive and professional. Working in a team that embodies cultural diversity empowers individuals and fosters a creative and entrepreneurial drive in the workplace.

This year we have an exciting line up of inspiring and insightful panelists with culturally diverse backgrounds, including partners from RSM and Deloitte as well as student speakers. This event will include a Q&A session, followed by a networking session with food and alcohol, allowing students to gain valuable insights from industry leaders one on one in a welcoming atmosphere.
