A little bit about Access
The Access Department is an autonomous department representing students with disabilities and students who fulfil a caring role.
We work not only to represent these groups on campus, but also to provide a community for them to take part in.
We hold regular collective meetings for members to meet up, have a chat, meet our office bearers, and raise issues that are important to them. We also run a number of information-based and social events, including poetry nights, lived experience talks, or community breakfasts.
Members are welcome to hang out in our department room, and to join our community on Facebook. Drop a like on our Facebook page to keep up to date with the activities of the Access Department.
