Moving from India to Perth to study Geology at UWA has given me a deep appreciation for the opportunities and challenges students experience throughout university life. Since arriving, I have actively contributed to the UWA community by volunteering during Orientation, serving as an International Student Engagement Ambassador. Asthe Vice President of Sanskriti UWA, I have developed leadership, teamwork, and communication skills while helping create an inclusive environment where students feel connected and supported.
I am running as an independent candidate for Guild President because I believe every student deserves to be heard, represented, and empowered. My priorities are to advocate for affordable student living, improve opportunities for employment and engagement, strengthen student wellbeing, and ensure the Guild is transparent, approachable, and accountable. Together, we can build a stronger, more inclusive UWA community where every student has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.
