Youth Speak Forum

Youth Speak Forum is a flagship event that we in WA have the privilege of executing for the first time last year with great success. Through YSF, our aim is to provide a platform for young people to be educated and empowered to be involved in creating purposeful impact through their interactions with each other, and NGOs.

This year, we want to encourage delegates to learn how to build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization and foster innovation (SDG 9), as well as the importance of renewing and planning cities and other human settlements in a way that offers opportunities for all, with access to basic services, energy, housing, transportation and green public spaces, while reducing resource use and environmental impact (SDG 11).

Our theme this semester is “Forge your Future”, focusing on the aspects of Health, Equality and Youth Employment.

There will be workshops, keynote presentations, a case competition and a networking session afterwards.
