Each of us lives from our own perspective, but we can somewhat empathise with other points of view by listening to people talk about their experiences.

But where's the limit? Does someone's social standing affect what they ultimately can know?

Join us for talk from philosophy professor Kaz Bland focused on feminist epistemology (epistemology = ways of understanding knowledge). We then open up the discussion to a Community of Inquiry with a broader question: does a person's social situation affect what they can know?
