Winter Projects - Kickoff

We (UWA AI Clu)b will be hosting a Kickoff Day to mark the beginning of ourm Winter AI Projects, taking place during the semester break. The event will be held from 10:00am to 2:00pm and is expected to attract approximately 40–45 attendees. The primary purpose of the event is to introduce participants to the winter projects initiative, provide a general briefing on what the program involves, and allocate attendees into their respective project groups.

The event will require two adjacent indoor rooms, as well as a projector for the presentations component. The event will be low-risk in nature, consisting largely of presentations and group discussions. There will be no food stalls, external contractors, or amplified music. The event will be supervised by club executives throughout its duration.
