It's AGM season again and it's time to elect a new committee for 2021! UCC's Annual General Meeting is being held on Thursday week 2 (4th March) @ 5 pm in the Guild Council room. If you need help finding the meeting room, you can go to the clubroom beforehand and we will all head over together. This being a General Meeting, the clubroom will be closed while it's running.

The following positions will be up for grabs:

  • President

  • Vice President

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • First Year (Fresher) Representative

  • 3 Ordinary Committee Members

If you would like to nominate yourself ahead of time for a committee position, please email your nomination to the committee via [email protected]. Nominations remain open until during the meeting, and all received nominations will be publicised before the meeting. Please note the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are required to be UWA students and Guild members. If you wish to add something to the agenda, make sure it's received by the secretary at least 4 days prior to the meeting. You can reach Grace via [email protected].
