UCAS Presents: Shannon’s Targa Rallysprint Round 2

Hey everyone!

UCAS is proud to present our next motorsport watch night at Perth Motorplex! The sport of rallying is renowned for being a spectacular watch, and the Shannons Targa Rallysprint Series is no exception. From JDM powerhouses, German exotics, and Australian/American Muscle, you’ll find tarmac and gravel rally cars of all types racing together. This event represents a unique opportunity to see a variety of heavily modified racecars competing for the best time around a closed road circuit. 

We will be meeting at Carpark 1 at Murdoch University at 5PM and will proceed to Perth Motorplex at 530PM to catch the start of racing at 6PM (factoring in for potential traffic jams on the way down). Spectator entry is free, with ample parking, access to the pit area, and many potential viewing locations, this is also a great opportunity to get in on the motorsport scene without entering yourself!

For new students looking to join:

• Membership costs $5 with a Guild sticker ($7 for non-Guild members)


• ‘UCAS’ decals are available in 10cm and 15cm sizes, $5 each


• ‘UCAS’ membership tags are $7 each


• ‘UCAS’ T-shirts are $35 each

Rules:

• Dangerous behavior at any event will result in an immediate ban from the club and details may even be submitted to the police.


• No hooning, excessive noise, burnouts, or tire chirps.


• Please always keep ADEQUATE stopping distance and drive appropriately for road conditions.


• We do not encourage speeding. All UCAS event are run within road speed limits.

All drivers must carry a valid driver’s license when in control of a motor vehicle.
