The Sit is a series of guided meditation workshops designed to take you on a journey to unleash your creativity and realise your potential:
- Workshop 1: INSPIRATION (October 11) Feeling uninspired, stuck, or having difficulty sustaining work? Feeling bored from the semester grind or day-to-day work life? This workshop allows you to take some time for reflection and introspection, to connect to your why and your purpose. Join this guided session for a dose of inspiration and to feel inspired, reignited, and ready to take action.
- Workshop 2: MOTIVATION (October 18) Feeling a little burnt out, unmotivated and can’t wait to finish the semester? Unable to take that next step? This workshop aims to help you remember your purpose and the value you bring to the world, so you can stop putting off the work ahead to achieve your goals.
- Workshop 3: CREATIVITY (October 25) Feeling agitated and blocked creatively? Maybe finding it a little difficult to come up with ideas or to sustain your creative flow? Whether it’s writing an essay or creating a work of art, this workshop will bring you into a present and relaxed state to spark your creativity and get you back into the creative flow state.
These workshops are open to students, staff, and creative individuals of all kinds, and adopt the philosophy of ‘pay what you think it’s worth’.
