TEDxUWASalon: Feast of Ideas

TEDxUWASalon: Feast of Ideas is a food themed salon aimed at delivering exceptional food themed talks to a general audience. 

Guest speakers will be invited to speak about their experiences and sharing their ideas to a live audience. Additionally, light refreshments will be provided, catered by previous Masterchef Contestant Brendan Pang.

Kadambot Siddique- Hackett Professor of Agriculture Chair and Director of the UWA Institute of Agriculture

Yuki Nakamura- Executive Director of Nakamura Chocolates

Giselle Sim- Co- founder of Croff Bakehouse, one of Perth's most famous Croissanteries

Jiann Woei Yeo-WA seafood apprentice of the year, has interest in science as a chef
