MD1 Quiz Night

The MD1 Quiz Night is an event where UWA Year 1 Medical students will get together into teams and solve a myriad of different questions from various topics and themes collaboratively. Their answers will be written on paper, and the team with the highest number of points will be awarded a prize. The event will also provide Dominos pizzas to the students, but they are allowed to bring their own food as well. A form will be sent out for students to inform the organizers about any dietary requirements.

The aim of this event will be to promote cohesion and foster a sense of community within the UWA MD1 cohort in a relaxing yet engaging setting. The Quiz Night will offer students time to destress and unwind after a demanding and hectic semester, in order to push through the upcoming exams. 
This event will also allow for MD1 students to connect and interact with peers, make new friends and to strengthen existing friendships. This Quiz Night will serve as a reminder that there is truly a life outside of medicine and that engaing with community is truly an important and enjoyable aspect of the journey through Medicine.
