Fringe Week

UWA’s Fringe Festival is a week dedicated to celebrating the artistry and talents of our UWA community. Fringe 2023 will be held in Week 7 of Semester 1 (17th April - 21st April). This year, our theme for Fringe Festival will be ‘Fringe Street’ - Perth is known as the street art capital of the world, and this theme aims to celebrate that with graffiti-style art, and an overall ’street’ theme 

Throughout the week, we will have clubs holding stalls, workshops, or similar events depending on what skill, art form, or culture each club aims to promote. In the past, clubs have held events such as visual art displays, plays/performances, workshops on a specific art style, film nights, stalls with creative activities, or fundraisers for a charity that support the creative arts.
