With the success of our first semester's Freshers Welcome, we have decided to do another one for the second semester to welcome our new members into JSS but also welcome back our first semester students to socialise amongst each other to get to know not only each other but the committee as well. 


We will be making Dango, a Japanese rice dumpling made from glutinous rice flour. We will serve it with Mitarashi, a soy sauce glaze or Kinako, a soy bean powder. Both options are vegetarian so dietary restrictions are not a problem and gluten free soy sauce will be used as an alternative for the Mitarashi.
