Eucharistic Adoration/Holy Hour

Holy Hour is a devotional tradition of spending one hour in Eucharistic Adoration. Eucharistic Adoration is the practice in which the Blessed Sacrament is adored. It is a sign of devotion and worship to Jesus as Catholics believe the real presence (body, blood, soul and divinity) of Jesus is in the Eucharist. The time is spent in silent Christian meditation and prayer with Jesus.
