UWAnime Ordinary General Meeting 2026

🎉 UWAnime’s OGM (Ordinary General Meeting)! 🎉

Join us from 12:00pm on Tuesday 19th May at the Guild Council Meeting Room 📍 (very close to the UWAnime Clubroom), to hear updates from Semester 1, and vote — or even nominate yourself — for our new committee members!

🗳️ We will be electing two new Committee members (you can nominate yourselves for both roles, but will end up in only one!):

💰 1 Treasurer
The treasurer is responsible for directing the club’s financial affairs. This includes but is not limited to keeping books of the club’s income and expenditure and applying for grants.

⭐ 1 Ordinary Committee Member (OCM)
The OCMs have no specific roles, but they help the Executives and Officers with their jobs, as well as doing many of the day-to-day tasks, like keeping the room open and running events.

📝 Signup sheets will be available in the clubroom if you're interested in nominating yourself! If you have any questions about committee roles or how elections work, feel free to ask us.

⚠️ While anyone is welcome to attend, only members who have been part of the club for more than 21 days are eligible to vote and/or nominate themselves.
