UWAMBC & OISS Creative Connections

This creative afternoon will offer members from UWAMBC and the Oceans Institute Student Society (OISS) the chance to forge meaningful connections. For the undergraduate members of the UWA Marine Biology Club, this event will be valuable as it provides an opportunity to meet more of their peers but also senior members of the university (including honors and master’s students, and doctoral candidates). We hope that this event will lead to insights into academic and career pathways, helping our members to extend their networks of contacts and friends, while gaining a glance at the opportunities within marine science and conservation at UWA. For OISS, it provides academics associated with the Oceans Institue, and students studying in the Oceans Institute, an opportunity to meet students in their undergraduates, answer questions and share their knowledge.
