Understanding the Australian Voting System

Dr Imtiaz (Senior Adjunct Lecturer at Mazquaire University), Dr Naser Ziyadat and Dr Zulqarnain Gilani (UWA staff) will speak about the Voting System in Australia and how it differs from other democratic countries. They will also talk about the importance of voting in a democratic system from a political, social and religious point of view. The event is primarily for UWA staff/students but the wider community is also welcome. It is free for all attendees but registration will be mandatory.
