The History of Palestine

The event will serve as an illuminating lecture series on the history of Palestine. 

Session 1 (28th of June) will focus on Palestine during the Ottoman Empire and the British Mandate periods, and session 2 (29th of June) will focus on Palestine during the modern period. 

The event will generate a greater understanding of Palestinian history and culture, educating attendees on art, cultural practices, demography and historical developments to inform their understanding of present day Palestine. 

The event will foster intercultural dialogue and discussion about Palestine's rich and unique history amongst the student body.
