Stargazing Camp

UPS is planning a small camping trip in April for approximately 25-35 participants. The purpose of the event is to observe the night sky in an area with minimal light pollution, allowing members to use telescopes and learn more about astronomy.

Participants will stay overnight in tents (2 nights) at a campground and spend the evening conducting stargazing and telescope observations. The event is intended to be both educational and social, giving society members the opportunity to explore astrophysics concepts while enjoying a collaborative outdoor experience. A particular focus of the camp is to engage freshers in the club.

The campsite has emergency personnel on site and internet in case of emergency.
