The session will introduce students to practical approaches and tools for managing organisational change, linking theory with real-world applications.

Through a combination of presentation and interactive group work, students will explore established change management models (such as Kotter and Bridges), learn how change applies across both Waterfall and Agile project environments, and understand the critical role HR plays in successful transformation.

The main purpose of the event is to:

  • Enhance students’ understanding of change management frameworks and practices.

  • Provide practical, hands-on experience through a stakeholder engagement activity.

  • Strengthen students’ readiness for future HR and project roles by bridging academic knowledge with industry practice.
