Robogals X URC Fresher Welcome Night

The event is a collaboration between the UWA Robotics Club and Robogals that will allow first year students to get to know the committee and fellow students. The night will open with "sphero soccer", where students will use their mobile phones to control sphero robots in a small handcrafted soccer pitch to compete with a small inflated or foam soccer ball. Afterwards, students will be invited to play boardgames. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided throughout the night, of which are all store bought and pre-packaged. Pizza will be ordered later in the evening to cater to students.
