Picnic Poetry

Picnic & Poetry is an interactive creative workshop designed to foster belonging, cultural expression, and cross-cultural understanding during Harmony Week. The event will provide a safe and welcoming outdoor space where students can reflect on themes of identity, home, language, and harmony through guided poetry writing and optional open-mic sharing.

Unlike a traditional performance-based poetry event, this workshop will centre on inclusivity and participation. Students will be guided through structured writing prompts and invited, but not required, to share their reflections in a supportive environment
