Mutsumi no ma is a weekly event from JSS which encourages interaction with various parts of Japanese culture
This week we'll be making kohakutou at the CCZ, which is made from sugar, agar agar, sakura powder, and matcha powder. Attendees can cut up kohakutou which has been pre-solidified by our committee into various cute little shapes. Alternatively, attendees can help make the kohakutou by mixing together the ingredients (an earlier step in the process) if they wish.
