The ITGirls x UWA Bouldering Club – Try Bouldering Event is a collaborative initiative designed to introduce students to the sport of bouldering in an inclusive and supportive environment. Taking place on March 15th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Portside Boulders Osborne Park, this event is open to all skill levels, with a focus on encouraging first-time climbers to try the sport in a social setting.

The primary purpose of the event is to provide ITGirls members and UWA students with an opportunity to engage in a fun, active, and community-driven experience. Through this collaboration, participants will not only learn the basics of bouldering from experienced climbers but also foster connections with like-minded individuals in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. The event aims to promote physical activity, problem-solving, and teamwork, while also strengthening the relationship between ITGirls and the UWA Bouldering Club.
