Insights: Expanding Career Horizons

The theme of this year’s Careers and Networking Night is “Expanding Career Horizons: Graduate Opportunities in the Australia–Indonesia Sphere”. This event is designed to connect students with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to thrive in a competitive job market. The event will provide participants with the opportunity to: 

• Engage directly with industry experts and recent graduates.


• Learn about diverse career journeys and the pathways that led to their current roles. 


• Gain insights into the experience, skills, and qualities valued by employers.


• Explore professional opportunities in both Australia and Indonesia. 

The goal of INDOSS’ 2025 Careers and Networking Night is to prepare future graduates to become capable, career-ready professionals who can contribute meaningfully to the development of both nations. We recognise that many Indonesian students in Australia are eager to learn more about the job market and dynamic landscape here, but they often lack access to tailored guidance. By connecting them with recent graduates who have successfully transitioned into the workforce, this event will offer practical advice on securing roles, navigating the recruitment process, and building foundations for long-term success.
