HSS Hike Day

HSS’ Hike Day is hosting a low-key, low-cost social event on Sunday 16th of August, 2026 from 3pm - 6pm for members and non-members. It’s designed to provide an activity for people to spend valuable time outdoors in nature and foster connection among each other, building a stronger sense of community across this Faculty for students in health-related undergraduate majors at UWA.

The afternoon starts with a scenic ~3km walk (around 45 minutes) loop from Arden Street Reserve, around Optus & Crown, with a “Game of Sidequests” to mix everyone up across year levels and disciplines, wrapping up with a relaxed sundowner with food offered by the water as the evening winds down.
