EEEWA Committee Meeting

We have a weekly meeting with the committee members to outline any planned activities for workshops, events and outreach as well as reflect on past activities. The president may bring up any new event/notice to attention to committee members and if there are any administrative changes for the club. We present this through a PowerPoint created weekly by the secretary who takes meeting minutes during the meeting for those who couldn't attend.
