Cottesloe Coastcare

Cottesloe Coastcare Association is a group of local volunteers who joined together in 1995 to protect the few remaining natural areas in Cottesloe. These natural areas are mostly along the coast and our local vegetation with spinifex, blue fan flowers and silvery saltbush provides habitat for local wildlife adds to Cottesloe’s sense of place. Our green spaces promote human health and well-being. The dunes are also a critical line of defence against erosion. We work to protect these areas so that everyone, now and in the future, can appreciate our local plants, animals and birds.
