CHeMnBio Club Welcome

Organising a welcome to the CHeMnBiO Club for first year students, and potentially other year students, who are studying molecular sciences.  This will be a social event, with ready made shelf stable snacks/afternoon tea foods, where students can sit down and chat to eachother.  The aim for this event is to allow students to get to know others in their cohort/major, learn about the club, inform attendees of future social and academic/study events that the club will run, and potenitally get attendees involved in the club.
