Arts Union Charity Gala 2026

Arts Union's annual Charity Cocktail Gala aims to raise funds for Zonta House which is a WA organisation dedicated to supporting women affected by family and domestic violence. The event is a means for Arts Union, the wider UWA community and friends to have fun while contributing to a greater cause. Tickets will include a free bar token, music and food provided by the venue, and a lounge-style setting to socialise with peers. Decor will surround the theme of Labyrinth, and there will be a raffle taking place as well (sponsors are yet to be confirmed). Although this is a social event the main purpose of it is to provide welfare for students (and the wider community in terms of funds raised). A representative from Zonta House will give a short speech providing insight into the organisation and issue of family and domestic violence. In collaboration with Amnesty, all proceeds from ticket sales are going directly to the charity.
