Annual General Meeting 2024 [Rescheduled]

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a semi-formal, yearly meeting where the committee members of the Filipino-Australian Society come together to look back on the year's achievements, events, what went well or needs improvement, as well as the vision for the next year. However, the main purpose of AGM is the nomination and election of the upcoming year's executive members, which is carried out through an anonymous and objective ballot voting process. 

Each executive (from the top four to the department heads) present a yearly summary of their role's/ department's progress, achievements and improvements. It is a time where the committee as a whole can be able to see the fruition of the year's works, and determine what else can be done for the successful continuity of the club. 

While the AGM is a meeting focusing on the works of the committee, it is open to all members of the club, and tickets or registrations are not required for this event. Overall, AGM is a chance for committee and any club members to look back on the year and celebrate how far we have come as a club.
