2026 Sem1 JSS Kaiwa

Kaiwa is an event that facilitates cultural and language exchange between Japanese exchange students and UWA students who are our members. It entails getting together and talking about different topics related to Japan and its culture. It is also a space for Japanese language learners to come together and practice their conversation skills. Whereas, Japanese exchange students get the opportunity to practice and engage with local speakers. There will be activities held each week related to Japan and its culture such as mini games, small quizzes, group games, etc.
