Marketing & Design Request Form for Clubs & Societies

This form is for Guild-affiliated clubs and societies to request assistance from the Engagement department, including graphic design, printing/production of marketing materials, and photography/videography.

This form works best on Google Chrome.

Please note: Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. It is currently a peak time, so turnaround time for all new graphic design jobs may be 7-14 days. If you need something sooner than this or have a last minute request weโ€™ll try our best to accommodate it. Simply shoot us an email at marketing@guild.uwa.edu.au and creative@guild.uwa.edu.au or pop by our office in Guild Village (First Floor, South Wing) to discuss.

If graphic design is required, please let us know what you want the artwork to look like. Things to include here (if you have specifications) include preferred colors, design styles, Pinterest board links, compulsory logos and images you want to use, and the size of items if applicable.

Club bank account number*
You will be charged for graphic design services at $22.50/hour (+GST) and for any printing/production costs. We will send you a quote and require written approval of all charges from an EXECUTIVE committee member of the club before design work commences or items are sent to print.
