Mental Health

If you have concerns about your mental health, please contact us for a confidential discussion.

The UWA Medical Centre (2nd floor, Guild Village) has Mental Health Nurses, an Alcohol and Other Drugs Counsellor, and a fully operational GP clinic. For more information call 6488 2118 to make an appointment.

The Health Promotion Unit also runs initiatives throughout the year to help students stay mentally healthy, including Mental Health First Aid for all students.

Here at Student Assist we also take part in Mental Health Week; a yearly event run by Guild Welfare and Access Departments, where local mental health organisations come to UWA to showcase the services they offer to students.
