The UWA Student Guild is a not-for-profit organisation here to support and represent every UWA student. If you pay SSAF, you are already eligible to become a member - which means you have access to free events, exclusive discounts, welfare support, student representation, hundreds of clubs and societies, and so much more. Pretty great, right?

The Guild offers a little something for everyone.Need help with a tricky academic situation or struggling and need some extra support? Our welfare and financial assistance programs are here for you.Looking to get involved and meet people? With hundreds of clubs and societies, volunteering opportunities, and events running all year round, there's always something going on.And when you need a bite to eat or a coffee between classes, our food and retail outlets are right there on campus. Whatever you need during your time at UWA, we've got a service for that.

All enrolled UWA students are eligible to become Guild Members for free! Membership entitles you to academic and welfare assistance, representation and advocacy, loans and grants, get actively involved in Guild decisions, nominate to sit on Guild and club committees as well as run for elective office in the Guild.Being a Guild member also gives you access to discounts on campus and off campus, free or discounted entry to Guild run events, discounted club memberships and more!

The UWA Student Guild is primarily funded through the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF), which is paid by all enrolled UWA students. As a not-for-profit, every dollar goes straight back into the services, events, and support programs that benefit you. We also generate income through our food and retail outlets on campus, helping us do even more for our members.

The Guild Student Centre in Guild Village is your first port of call for information, advice and assistance. Drop in for everything from Guild membership stickers, SmartRiders, equipment hire, UWA merchandise and directions! It is also the central point for lost property on campus. If you are not sure where to go or what to do, we can help!
