The Guild Finance Department handles all sorts of finance and banking tasks in the Guild.

The Finance Office is located on the 1st Floor, South Wing of the UWA Student Guild, and operates between 8:30am – 4:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Executive Registration Forms

So you’ve been elected an Executive member of your club? Congratulations!

It’s very important that you let us know who you are and what your position is. Then we can make sure that the relevant Executive Members receive important emails, have access to clubrooms, can utilise mailboxes and bank accounts, and so on.
ALL members of the club executive sign a Executive Registration Form. This is submitted as a hard copy to Guild Finance.
It is a condition of affiliation to the Guild that this form is submitted within one month after any change of executive, or after an AGM is held. Ideally, you should complete this form immediately after an election.

All executives MUST be enrolled students and members of the UWA Student Guild throughout their term.

The Executive Registration Form is required annually by Guild Regulations 10.1.5 and 10.1.9 and will also give your club’s Executive Members access to your Guild Banking Account.
ORIGINAL copies of these forms must be submitted to Guild Finance. Scans and photocopies will NOT be accepted.

Department Signatory Form

This form must be filled out by a department and submitted to the Guild Finance Office before they are able to perform any transactions with the Guild Finance office.  

Float Request Forms 

Please download the form below and fill it out on your computer– the form is a fillable PDF, simply click on a field and begin typing. The form needs to be printed and authorised before lodging this form at the Guild Finance Counter. Signatures on the form must be in ink, and not photocopied or scanned and printed.

Forms need to be submitted at least two working days prior to when it is required.

If your total float does not match the total value calculated by the form, you will be provided with the value equal to your denominations on the form.

After Hours Access Request Form

Please note that access requests must be approved by any of the relevant individuals:
General - Guild President, Managing Director, or any of their delegates in their absence.
CCZ - SOC President or Executive Committee member PLUS one of the approvers listed for General Access, or any of their delegates in their absence.
