Refunds and Cancellation Policy

The UWA Student Guild puts the needs of our members first. We are committed to providing services to our members to the best of our ability.

The UWA Student Guild Associate Membership subscription is a non-refundable fee. In the case of a member making an application in writing to the Guild President within 30 days of purchase, a refund equal to the value of the membership less administrative fees will be considered. The application must state the reasons for the request.

Should the refund be granted by the Guild President, the applicant shall be required to return their Associate Membership Card to the Guild Student Centre, upon which they shall receive a monetary refund equal to the value of the membership less administrative fees and a Notice of Cessation of Membership issued by the Guild Student Centre.
