Marketing & Design Request Form for Guild Departments

This form is for Guild staff and student reps to request assistance from the Engagement department.  Our marketing and graphic design staff  can assist you with any aspect of marketing and communications, including strategic planning, graphic design, printing/production of marketing materials, website content/updates, promotion via Guild Weekly/social media, and photography/videography.

This form works best on Google Chrome.

Please note: Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. It is currently a peak time, so turnaround time may be 10-15 business  days. If you need something sooner than this or have a last minute request we’ll try our best to accommodate it. Simply shoot us an email at and or pop by our office in Guild Village (First Floor, South Wing) to discuss.

What do you need help with? Please give us a bit of background about the project or item(s) that you're requesting - e.g. the purpose, the target audience, budget available, campaign duration etc.

If graphic design is required, please let us know what you want the artwork to look like. Things to include here (if you have specifications) include preferred colors, design styles, Pinterest board links, compulsory logos and images you want to use, and the size of items if applicable.
