Residential Students’ Department

The Residential Students’ Department is the peak representative body for students living on-campus in one of the five residential colleges.

Background

RSD exists as a conduit between the University, the Guild and the colleges, as well as between the colleges themselves, aiming for a more vibrant and inclusive community across college row, and a greater participatory culture. The role of RSD is to represent the interests of the college community on the Guild Council, as well as assisting the Guild in improving the student experience for those at college.

Throughout the year we’ll host a range of cultural and social events for the college community with the aim of strengthening inter-college relationships. We’re all excited for another huge year, and look forward to bringing residential students at UWA the best college experience that we can deliver.
